Summer Workshops

A summer workshop where we work on a varying range of skills. There will be 3 workshops in total and each will have different lesson plans.

Over the 3 sessions we plan to use the following equipment:

• High Bar

• Floor beam

• Wedge

• Trampette

• Box top

We will run these sessions tailored to those who sign up and as such can cater for beginners and more experienced gymnastics. We will likely split the session down into 2 smaller age and ability groups so everyone is challenged correctly.
