Christmas Show (Fri/Sun Pupils)

Christmas Show 2026!

Please find below the Christmas Show FAQ sheet, if you have any additional questions please let me know.

When and Where?

Christmas Show - Sunday 6th December 3.00pm: Bournside School Main Hall - PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A DIFFERENT HALL TO THE SUMMER COMPETITION. This is the larger main school hall with the stage.

A Christmas Show to showcase all we have been working on this term.

How do I sign up?

To sign up please for the Christmas Show please use this link

What happens at the show?

Children sit with their class members (or with parents if they rather) and perform one class at a time. Coaches are up on stage with the pupils and do the whole routine with them so don't worry if they do not remember the routine. After they have performed everyone gets presented with a special Super Star Gymnastics Medal.

What if my child gets nervous on the day and decides not to perform?

No problem - They can still watch the others and still get presented their medal as they did all the hard work in the lead up to the show.

What do they wear for the show?

Either club uniform or plain black/navy clothes so they can match and feel part of a team. Uniform is not compulsory but if you do wish to order any please use the link below.

When is the sign up deadline?

The Deadline for sign ups is Sunday 22nd November

My child has not attended classes very long: Can they still do the show?

Yes - Suitable for complete beginners and more experienced gymnasts. The children work in a team and have a coach who teaches an ability appropriate routine.

Many Thanks

Michelle and the Super Star Gymnastics Team
